Return Process

  Log in to your Kushals account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack the Items

  Place the product in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and the invoice intact to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Handover to Courier

  A pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely sealed package to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team approves the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement item will be shipped.
